参芎注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床观察

目的:探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗慢性肺心病急性发作期的作用。方法:96例患者均符合1997年全国肺心病专业会议制定的肺心病诊断标准。所有患者随机双盲分为对照组46例和实验组50例。对照组给予抗生素,吸氧,改善通气,祛痰平喘等综合治疗。实验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予参芎葡萄糖注射液200ml静滴,15～20滴/min,每天1次,疗程为10～14天。结果:实验组临床症状、血气分析参数和血液流变学参数及相关炎性因子改善均明显优于对照组,且无明显不良反应。结论:参芎葡萄糖注射液是治疗慢性肺心病急性发作期的安全、有效的治疗方法。

Participation Xiongshao Injection in Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease in Clinical Observation

Objective:To discussion Shenxiong glucose injection in treating acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease the role of a view. Methods All in line with the 96 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease in the country in 1997 established a professional meeting diagnostic criteria for pulmonary heart disease. All patients were randomly divided into control group,double-blind,46 cases and 50 cases of the experimental group. Give a comprehensive treatment of the control group Experimental group treated in the control group based on the given 200ml intravenous Shenxiong glucose injection,once a day,treatment for 10 ~ 14d. Results Clinical symptoms in experimental group,blood gas analysis parameters and blood rheology parameters and inflammatory factors related to the improvement were significantly better than those in the control group,and no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion:Shenxiong glucose injection could treat chronic pulmonary heart disease with acute exacerbation of safe and effective treatment.
