我院眼科1969例住院病人流行病学分析

目的探讨该院2001-2005年眼科疾病的流行特征。方法对眼科住院各类疾病按性别、年龄和病种进行统计和分析。结果发病人数为前五位的病种依次是：白内障、青光眼、视网膜疾病、角膜疾病和眼外伤，共占我院眼科四年来所有住院病人的65．16％；白内障发病人数最高，且多发于60～80岁，共353例，男：女=1．14：1，主要为老年性白内障；青光眼多发于60～80岁，男：女=1．58：1，急性闭角型青光眼男女比例为1：2．58，其他均为男性发病人数较多；视网膜疾病各年龄段发病构成比比较均匀，治愈率较低；角膜疾病主要病种为角膜炎；眼外伤20岁组发病人数最多，男女比例为7．52：1。结论反映了我院眼科疾病的构成和分布特色，为眼科疾病的流行病学研究提供了资料。

The epidemic analysis of 1969 cases in the Department of Ophthalmology of the General Hospital of Air Force

Objective To explore the epidemic feature in the Department of Ophthalmology of the General Hospital of Air Force from 2001 to 2005. Mothods Total 1969 in-patient cases were analyzed statistically according to the sex,age,and disease analogue.Results The five top diseases are cataract,glaucoma,retinal disease,corneal disease and ocular injury,which occupy 65.16 percent of the total in-(patients) during this period.The patients with cataract come to the top of the list with 353 cases.And the ratio of male to female is 1.14 to 1 in the group and mostly the senile cataract aged from 60 to 80yr.Glaucoma is at the second place in the list with the sex ratio of 1.58 to 1 in male to female.The groups is also mainly composed by the aged patient(60~80yr mostly).Among this group female patients were suffered from the acute angle-closure glaucoma more than male patients(2.58 to 1).There is no significant sex ratio difference in the group of retinal disease which is at thrid place of the list.The cure rate of the group is unsatisfactory as the other groups.The major disease in the group of retinal disease is keratitis.Most of the patients in ocular injury are very yang with the age of 20 to 30.the male patient occupy most of the cases in the group with sex ratio 7.52 to 1.Conclusion The statistical data reflexes the dpidemic feature in the Department of Ophthalmology in General Hospital of Air Force and provides useful materials for the prevention and treatment of the diseases.
