Abstract: | Lichen planus and lupus erythematosus may occur as an overlap syndrome. Here we report the clinical characteristics of a 49-year-old man with palmoplantar lichen planus and lupus erythematosus. He showed a remarkable clinical response to treatment with acitretin, which resulted in prolonged remission of the disorder. |
