超声引导经皮针吸治疗肝脓肿

报告超声引导经皮针吸治疗化脓性肝脓肿的经验，评估其安全性、有效性及其在肝脓肿治疗中的作用。回顾性分析21例患者，男女比例为2：1，平均年龄56．4岁，其中11例患Ⅱ型糖尿病。单一脓腔15例，多发脓腔6例，总共治疗脓肿30个，均由超声引导16GA套管针抽吸完成。21例患者经1—3次抽吸均成功治愈，治愈率100％，无并发症发生。抽吸后1—3天临床症状消失。研究证实，超声引导套管针抽吸配以全身抗感染治疗化脓性肝脓肿是安全、快捷、非常有效的，特别是对高龄且有严重并发症者，更是首选最佳疗法。

Pyogenic Liver Abscess: Treatment with Needle Aspiration

To report about experience with percutaneous needle aspiration in treating pyogenic h'ver abscess and evaluate its safety, effectiveness and roles in the treatment. The results of needle aspiration performed in 21 patients in which male to female ratio of 2:1 and average age 56.4 were reviewed, among which 11 patients suffered from the type II diabetes simultaneously. The abscesses totaled 30, were single in 15 patients, and were mutiple in 6 patients. Complete pus removal from each abscess was attempted with 16 GA needles (produced in Mexico, 13.3cm) under ultrasound guidance. The treatment are successful in the 21 patients after one, two or three sessions. No complications happened. And the clinical symptoms disappeared in 1 - 3 days. Percutaneous needle aspiration in combination with systemic antibiotics is safe, quick and effective in treating pyogenic h'ver abscess. It is the best selection especially for the old patients with other serious disease simultaneously.
