2007年我院门诊抗高血压药应用分析

目的：评价我院门诊抗高血压药利用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院门诊2007年1—12月抗高血压药应用品种、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）进行统计、分析。结果：用药频度最高是钙通道阻断药、血管紧张素转化酶抑制药（ACEI）和复方制剂，单品种用药频度排序前五位的是卡托普利，依那普利，硝苯地平缓释片，美托洛尔，氨氯地平。药物利用指数（DUI）大部分小于1。结论：DDDs排序反映了我院门诊高血压治疗用药的趋势，我院降压药物应用基本合理。

Analysis of the Application of Anti-hypertension Drugs In 2007 in our hospital out-patient

Objective： To evaluate the Utilization and tendency of antihypertensive agents used in our hospital, rational use of drugs for clinical reference. Method： The use of hypertensive agents in our hospital from Jan 2007 to Dec 2007 were analyzed statistically in breed, consumption sum and DDDs. Result： DDDs ranking of the previous three were calcium -channel blockers（ CCB）, angiotensin Converting enzyme inhibitors（ACEI） and Compound Preparation Captopril, Enalapril, Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets, Metoprobl, Amlodipine ranked at the first 5 places in terms of DDDs of single variety. Most DUI were less than 1. Conclusion： DDDs sorting had reflected outpatient tendency of hypertension treats, medicine application is basic reasonable.
