| 摘 要： | 治疗性疫苗是指能打破慢性感染者体内免疫耐受、重建免疫应答的新型疫苗,以诱导细胞免疫应答为主,是抗病毒、抗肿瘤治疗新手段.乙肝治疗性疫苗研究在多分子蛋白疫苗、抗原抗体复合物、表位疫苗及DNA疫苗方面均取得一定进展,部分新型疫苗甚至能部分清除肝细胞内cccDNA,为治疗慢性乙肝提供了新的手段.

This article introduced the progress on the HBV therapeutic peptide vaccine, DNA vaccine and its adjuvant. |
