| 摘 要： | 目的]观察丹参注射液联合培哚普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法]将58例DN患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例。2组分别用口服降糖药或胰岛素控制血糖达到良好水平。对照组口服培哚普利4mg。治疗组在用培哚普利的基础上,静脉滴注丹参注射液50ml。结果]治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组为60%;2组治疗前后尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿α1微球蛋白(Uα1-MG)等指标的改善治疗组显著优于对照组。结论]丹参注射液联合培哚普利对早期DN患者是一种较为理想的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Observe the clinical effect of early diabetic nephrosis(DN) treated with red sage injection and Peiduo Puli. Method Randomly divide 58 DN patients into treatment group(30) and control group(28), both take orally medicine or insulin for normal blood sugar. The control group take Peidu Puli 4mg. On the basis of Peiduo Puli, the treatment group take red sage injection 50ml id. Result The total effective rate is 90% for the treatment group, 50% for the control, the improvement of indexes of UAER, urine and U-MG is much better than that of control comparing before and after treatment. Conclusion It is an ideal therapy to treat early DN with red sage injection and Peiduo Puli. |
