乳腺导管内癌的超声图像特征分析

目的 探讨乳腺导管内癌 (DCIS) 的超声表现及超声对不同类型DCIS的诊断价值,以提高乳腺癌的超声诊断水平.方法 回顾性分析2007年1月至2010年12月在我院结合X线钼钯比对检查并经超声提示可能恶性乳腺肿块,最终经手术治疗并经病理学确诊的DCIS患者52例,分析DCIS的超声表现.结果 乳腺导管内癌的超声特征可分为低回声结节伴微钙化、单纯低回声结节、混合回声、无特殊超声表现或局部导管轻微扩张型4种类型,其中以低回声结节伴微钙化型和单纯低回声结节型为主,分别占46.15%和30.77%.结论 低回声结节伴微钙化和单纯低回声结节是乳腺导管内癌的主要超声声像图特征.

Ultrasound manifestations of the breast ductal carcinoma in situ

Objective To assess the ultrasound characteristics of breast ductal carcinoma in situ and to explore the diagnosis value of DCIS of different types by ultrasound. Methods A total of 52 cases diagnosed by DCIS in women between January 2007 and December 2010 were obtained from the Second People＇ s Hospital of Shenzhen. The ultrasound characteristics of DCIS were analysed. Results According to ultrasound characteristics, DCIS included hypoechoie mass with microcalcifications, pure hypoechoic mass, complex cystic mass, normal or only ductal extension, hypoechoic mass with microcalicifications and pure hypoechoic mass, respectively, accounting for 46.15% and 30.77%. Conclusions Hypoechoic mass with microcalieifieations and pure hypoechoic mass are significant features of DCIS by ultrasound.
