| 摘 要： | 目的总结儿童继发性肠套叠的超声表现,探讨超声对寻找该病病理性诱发点的临床意义。方法对北京儿童医院2002年2月至2009年10月经术前超声诊断并经手术病理证实的44例继发性肠套叠患儿的超声声像图进行回顾性分析,总结不同原发病的儿童继发性肠套叠的超声表现。结果美克尔憩室16例;幼年性息肉(病)7例,P-J综合征5例;腹型紫癜5例;肠重复畸形2例;淋巴瘤2例;回肠炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤、空肠肠壁血管畸形、小肠肠壁真菌感染致慢性肉芽肿、回盲瓣炎性病变、回肠管状腺瘤、小肠黏膜下异位胰腺、回盲部类癌各1例。27例术前超声发现原发病,17例术前超声除套叠外无阳性发现。超声表现:中等回声结节10例,低回声包块4例,囊腔3例,肠壁增厚5例,境界模糊的不均匀回声团4例,多房性肿物1例。结论对于儿童继发性肠套叠,超声可以发现以及确诊部分原发病,是寻找套叠原因的首选检查方法。
