环境污染物与人类健康

环境污染物是干扰人体内分泌机制，影响人体正常调节作用的外源性化学物。它对人体的健康产生潜在的巨大危害。通过综述国内外对环境污染物影响人体健康方面的研究情况，指出环境污染物的致癌效应以及对妇女、婴幼儿的严重危害；对环境污染物的毒理学进行详细阐述；提出处理和防治环境污染物的一些措施；并指出环境污染物种的确定方法，各年龄段人群特殊动力学的建立和从生理学、分子学等出发研究污染物的毒理性，将成为今后环境科学领域研究的重点。

Environmental pollutants are outer chemicals,which can disrupt endocrine mechanism and normal regulation function of humanbody.They are great potential dangerous to human health.The results of investigation on the effect of environmental pollutants on human health both home and abroad were summarized.The effect of causing cancer by pollutants and its great harm to pregnant women and infants were pointed out.Toxicology of environmental pollutants was described in detail.Treatment and preventing control methods were subjected.It was pointed out that determining measure of environmental pollutants,building of special dynamics for different age groups of people and studying on pollutants toxicity based on physiology and molecular biology will become researching key points in environment science field.
