食管支架置入术联合平消胶囊治疗晚期食管癌疗效观察

目的：观察平消胶囊配合食管支架植入术治疗晚期食管癌的疗效。方法：将选择食管支架植入术适应证的40例患者随机分为两组：治疗组支架植入术后即开始配合平消胶囊治疗，对照组不服用平消胶囊治疗。结果：治疗组KPS评分提高率为86．67％，对照组提高率为60．0％，两者比较P〈0．05，有统计学意义。治疗组生存率明显高于对照组。结论：平消胶囊配合食管支架植入术治疗进展期食管癌有较好的疗效，能够显著改善病人的生活质量，延长带瘤生存期。

Effect of Pingxiao capsule combined with esophageal stent implantation in treating esophageal carcinoma progression

Objective ：To observe the curative effect of Pingxiao capsule combined with esophageal stent implantation in treating esophageal carcinoma. Methods ： Total of 40 patients with esophageal carcinoma who had been performed esophageal stent implantation were divided into two groups randomly. Treatment group was treated by Pingxiao capsule and the control group was not. Results ： The total effective rate in treatment group was 45.9% and in control group 41.7%. Quality of life of patients in treatment group was better obviously than that in control group and life span longer than that in control group. Conclusion：Pingxiao capsule combined with esophageal stent implantation in treating esophageal carcinoma has better effects, can improve quality of life.
