CT引导下放射粒子治疗少血供型肝癌的研究

目的:探讨CT引导下放射粒子治疗少血供型肝癌的方法和疗效.方法:选择通过3期CT增强扫描并经穿刺活检病理证实的少血供型肝癌53例,行CT引导下放射粒子植入治疗.结果:53例治疗后3月、6月、12月、24月AFP下降率依次是100%(53/53)、100%(53/53)、100%(44/44)、97.6%(41/42),肿瘤局部控制率依次是100%(53/53)、100%(53/53)、97.7%(43/44)、95.2%(40/42),生存率依次是100%(53/53)、100%(53/53)、83.0%(44/53)、79.2%(42/53).结论:CT引导下放射粒子125I治疗少血供型肝癌,定位准确,是提高治疗局部控制率和生存率的有效方法.

Study on Embedment of 125I in the Treatment for Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma of Poorly Blood Supplying under CT Guidance

Objective：To discuss the method and effect of primary hepatocellular carcinoma of poorly blood supplying treatment with embedment of I125 by CT guidance. Methods：53 cases with primary hepatocellular carcinoma of poorly blood supplying were selected, all the cases had been diagnosed by 3 - stages spiral CT scanning and confirmed pathologically. The tumor had been treated by embedment of I125. Results：The rate of the decline in serum AFP level and the efficiency at 3,6,12,24 month after treatment were 100% （53/53）, 100% （53/53）, 100% （ 44/44 ）, 97.6% （ 41/42 ） and 100% （ 53/53 ）, 100% （ 53/53 ）, 97.7% （ 43/44 ） and 95.2% （40/42）. The survival rates at 3,6,12,24 month after treatment were 100% （ 53/53 ）, 100% （53/53）, 83.0% （44/53） and 79.2% （42/53）respectively. Conclusions ：Treatment with embedment of ^125I by CT guidance is an efficient method for increasing the part control and survival rate for primary hepatocellular carcinoma of poorly blood suppiying.
