γδT淋巴细胞产生的抗肿瘤作用相关淋巴因子

目的γδT细胞表达Vγ9Vδ2 TCR,占外周血CD3+T淋巴细胞的1%～10%,大量分布于粘膜相关淋巴组织,是T细胞的一个特殊亚群。其免疫作用介于固有免疫和适应性免疫之间,是MHC非限制性的,具有一定的非特异性杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用,并且有广泛的抗瘤谱。越来越多的对γδT细胞高效抗瘤活性的研究可能使其成为一种非常重要的抗肿瘤免疫制剂。γδT细胞被激活后可产生多种淋巴因子,并增强其抗瘤作用。本文就γδT细胞在抗肿瘤过程中产生的淋巴因子及其作用作一综述。

Antitumor associated lymphokines produced by gammadelta T cells

Gammadelta T cells expressing the Vgamma9Vdelta2 T cell receptor (TCR) account for 1%-10% of CD3 (+) peripheral blood T lymphocytes.
