《护理学杂志》1998～2007年文献被引分布研究

目的了解《护理学杂志》（下称《杂志》）1998～2007年所载文章被引率、被引区间分布及核心被引文献专栏分布，为护理人员了解护理学界探讨的热点问题及期刊工作者更好地了解读者需求提供实证参考。方法采用文献计量分析法对上述时间段内《杂志》所载文章及引用情况进行统计分析。结果《杂志》10年刊载文章7709篇，4746篇文章被引用，被引用率为61．56％，被引用文献引用全距为1～112，引用总频次为22289次，年均总被引频次为2228．9次；被引文献位于外围区3605篇（75．96％），位于相关区970篇（占20．44％），位于核心区171篇（占3．60％）。被引核心文献分布在12个栏目，其中基础护理、专科护理、护理管理、精神卫生、护理教育及健康教育6个栏目占90．06％，是被引核心文献中的核心。结论《杂志》信息密度大，被引用率较高，被引核心文献为基础护理、专科护理、护理管理、精神卫生、护理教育及健康教育栏目，其所载文献可视为近年护理研究的主体和热点。

Citation Distribution of Journal of Nursing Science from 1998 to 2007

Objective To explore the citation rate, citation interval and core citation column of papers published in the Journal of Nursing Science from 1998 to 2007, and to provide information for nursing staff to get the hot topics on nursing science and to help periodical editors understand readers＇ need. Methods Papers published in Journal of Nursing Science from 1998 to 2007 and the citation of the papers were statistically analyzed by means of bibliometrics. Results Strictly, 7 709 papers were published, and 4 746 were cited, with the rate being 61.56% ; the citation interval ranged from 1 to 112, the total citation frequency was 22 289; 3 605 cited papers were located in peripheral area, accounting for 75.96%, 970 in related area, accounting for 20.44 %, and t71 in core area, accounting for 3.60 %. The core citation papers were distributed in 12 columns, of which, such 6 columns as fundamental nursing, specialized nursing, nursing management, mental health, nursing education and health education, accounted for 90.06%. Conclusion The information of Journal of Nursing Science is heavily loaded, and citation rate is high. The core citation papers is mainly published in the columns of fundamental nursing, specialized nursing, nursing management, mental health, nursing education and health education. And these paper imply the hot topics of nursing science currently.
