胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗心房颤动的疗效研究

目的：探讨胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗心房颤动的疗效和安全性。方法：将2007年1月至2008年1月间在我院住院治疗的房颤（AF）患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予胺碘酮治疗,观察组同时给予稳心颗粒治疗,评定两组治疗效果和副作用。结果：治疗后两组心室率均较治疗前明显降低,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后观察组心室率明显低于对照组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组转复所用时间明显短于对照组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组房颤转复率为92.85%,对照组为88.09%,两者比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组房颤总有效率为90.47%,对照组为76.19%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组房颤复发率为2.63%,对照组为15.63%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者均未影响治疗,无肺纤维化、视力模糊、促心律失常作用等严重并发症。结论：胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗心房颤动能显著提高临床治疗效果,无明显毒副作用,值得推广。

Observing the Effect of Amiodarone Combined with Wenxin Particle on Atrial Fibrillation

Objective： To investigate the effect and safety of amiodarone combined with wenxin particle on atrial fibrillation.Method： The cases with atrial fibrillation（AF） in our hospital from Jan.in 2007 to Jan.in 2008 were divided into observation group and control group.The two groups received the treatment of amiodarone,and the observation group received the treatment of amiodarone combined with wenxin particle.Result： The ventricular rate of two groups after treatment were lower than that before treatment,and there was significant difference between them（P0.05）.The ventricular rate of observation group was lower than that of control group after treatment,and there was significant difference between them（P0.05）.The recovery time of the observation group was fewer than that of control group,and there was significant difference between them（P0.05）.The recovery rate was 92.85% in the observation group and 88.09% in control group,and there was no significant difference between them（P0.05）.The total effective rate was 90.47% in the treatment group and 76.19% in control group,and there was significant difference between them（P0.05）.The relapse rate was 2.63% in the treatment group and 15.63% in control group,and there was significant difference between them（P0.05）.there were no serious complication about pulmonary fibrosis,blurred vision or arrhythmia.Conclusion： Amiodarone combined with wenxin particle in treating atrial fibrillation can improve the clinical effect and no obvious side effect,so it is worth being used widely.
