3种清肠液应用于肠镜检查的效果对比分析

目的对比分析3种清肠液对肠道准备的效果。方法将120例需进行肠镜检查的患者分为A、B、C3组,检查前1d均进半流质饮食,检查当天分别服电解质、甘露醇、33%硫酸镁,改变传统的禁食方法,检查前1～2h正常进餐。观察开始腹泻时间、肠道清洁度、副反应、依从性。结果甘露醇组开始腹泻时间早,清肠效果优于电解质及33%硫酸镁2组(P<0.05),甘露醇组清肠率为为97.5%,不良反应较轻,患者易于接受。结论甘露醇注射液是一种较理想的清肠液,可应用于肠镜检查。

Comparing and analysing effects of three kinds of intestine-rinsing fluids applied on intestine mirror check

Objective To compare and analyse effects of three kinds of intestine-rinsing fluids on intestine preparation.Methods 120 patients received intestine mirror check were divided into three groups who would take electrolyte,manna and magnesium sulphate(33%)respectively on the checking day.All the patients received semiliquid diet on previous day and normal meals before 1 or 2 hours checking which was different to traditional diets.Time of beginning to diarrhea,cleaning degree of intestine rinsing,side effect and compliance were observed between three groups.Results Patients in manna group began to diarrhea earlier,the effect of intestine rinsing in manna group was better than two other groups(P<0.05).the cleaning rate of intestine rinsing in manna group was 97.5%.The manna group showed slight side effect and was easily acceptable to the patients.Conclusions Manna injection is ideal for intestine mirror check.
