摘    要:本文对喂服不同剂量棉酚后大鼠和豚鼠肾皮质细胞膜组分中的Na-K-ATP 酶的活性变化进行了分析。大鼠及豚鼠喂服棉酚(5毫克/日×56,10毫克/日×28,15毫克/日×48)后,肾皮质细胞膜组分中与Na-K-ATP 酶特异结合的~3H-哇巴因的量随剂量增加而有减少趋势,但服药组与对照组之间的差别无显著意义。豚鼠喂服不同剂量棉酚和不同饲料(20毫克+低K 饲料,40及60毫克+常规饲料)后,肾细胞膜及匀浆的Na-K-ATP 酶活力随剂量的增加而相应下降,低K 饲料组较常规饲料组为明显,服药组与对照组之间的差异有显著意义。文中讨论了棉酚引起Na-K-ATP 酶活性降减与肾性失钾之间的关系。


GOSSYPOL EFFECT ON THE ACTIVITY OF RENAL CELL MEMBRANE Na-K-ATPase OF RATS AND GUINEA PIGS
Abstract:The present study was designed to observe the changes in the activity of renal cellmembrane Na-K-ATPase of rats and guinea pigs following gossypol administration.In rats to which gossypol was administered in several increasing dosages(5 mg/day×56,10 mg/day×28,15 mg/day×48),the activity of isolated renal cell membrane Na-K-ATPase which was bound specifically to the ~3H-ouabain tends to decrease slightly,but in-significantly as compared with that in controls.Similar results were obtained in experi-ments with guinea pigs.The results of quantitative determination of isolated renal cell membrane Na-K-ATP-ase of guinea pigs following gossypol treatment demonstrated an obvious decrease of enzymeactivity in direct proportion to the gossypol dosage used,and low dietary potassium intakeappeared to be a contributing factor in the gossypol-induced disturbance.The differencein Na-K-ATPase activity between the gossypol-treated animals and the controls is highlysignificant(P<0.001).The possible relationship between the gossypol-induced decrease in Na-K-ATPase ac-tivity and renal potassium loss was discussed.
