| 摘 要： | 克山病是一种病因未明的地方性心肌病，严重威胁着病区人民的生命及健康，经过众多学者多年研究探索，并结合克山病的流行特点，目前认为低硒与克山病的关系非常密切，随着环境相关基因研究的逐步开展，认为病区个体患克山病的风险差别显著，不仅与有害环境暴露的程度有关，同时还与遗传易感性有着密切联系。

| Abstract: | Keshan disease＇ （KD） is an endemic cardiomyopathy, which threatens people＇s lives and health seriously in endemic area. More evidence have proved that there is a close relationship between Keshan disease and selenium deficiency. Selenium deficiency in circumstance is the basic factor that causes Keshan disease. Differences in the risk of KD among individuals with similar environmental exposure suggest a possibility of genetic predisposition as the research of environmentally related gene carting out progressivelly. |
