摘    要:目的:了解某三级甲等医院5年来的医师工作量及工作效率情况。方法:通过收集该医院5年来的相关数据和全国医疗机构2005年度的数据,采用对比分析法了解该院医师的工作量及工作效率情况。结果:门急诊人次和出院人次5年平均增长速度分别为27.27%和21.66%,医院门诊收入、住院收入平均增长速度达到40.05%和35.51%。2005年,每医生人均医疗收支结余为-5.57万元,每医生人均医疗收支结余率为-11.37%,病床使用率一直保持在90%以上的水平。结论:该院医师门诊工作效率低于卫生部部属医院平均水平,住院工作效率略高于卫生部部属医院平均水平,病床利用率还有进一步提高的空间,对出院者平均住院日的管理还应加强。

Abstract:Objective to find out the doctor work load and working efficiency situation for a three levels of first-class hospital in 5 years. Methods the data of this hospital for 5 years and the information of national medical establishment in 2005 were collected to analyze the doctor work load and the working efficiency situation in the hospital. Results the average growth rate of the inpatient and outpatient in the 5 years respectively were 27.27% and 21.66%, the average growing rate of the outpatient service income and inpatient service income achieved 40.05% and 35.51%. In 2005, the medical revenue and expenditure surplus of each doctor was 55 700 Yuan, the medical revenue and expenditure surplus rate of each doctor was 11.37% and the hospital bed utilization ratio maintained continuously at 90% above level. Conclusion the outpatient service working efficiency in this hospital is lower than the average level of hygienic subordinate hospitals, the hospitalized working efficiency is slightly higher than the average level of hygienic subordinate hospitals, the hospital bed space also has the further enhancement and the management to the average length of stay is also to be strengthened.
