| 摘 要： | 目的报道齐墩果酸酯类化合物的合成方法之二。首次报道齐墩果酸香草醛酯的合成。方法①DCC／DMAP法制备目的物。②利用齐墩果酸-三氟乙酸混合酸酐作为酰化剂制备目的物。结果2种方法均得到产物，但收率有明显差异。结论方法2优于方法1，目的物的结构经IR、^3HNMR、MS确证。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To report the second synthetic of oleanolic-vanilline esters for the first time. METHODS method of oleanolic acid esters, and to report the synthesis Two methods for the esterifieation of oleanolic acid were introduced, one used DCC/DMAP and the other used trifluoroacetic anhydride as the promoter of ester formation between hydroxyl-compounds and oleanolic acid. RESULTS The objective compound could be obtained by both the two methods with quite different yields. CONCLUSIONS The second method was better than the first one. The structure of the objective compound was identified by IR, ^1HNMR and MS. |
