| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒抢救过程中阿托品用量及使用方法.方法对121例急性有机磷农药中毒抢救过程中阿托品使用情况进行回顾性分析.结果根据患者中毒程度给予相应剂量的阿托品.首次剂量:轻度中毒静注1 mg,中度中毒静注2～5 mg,重度中毒静注5～10 mg,10～30 min重复使用,直到阿托品化,同时配合其它综合治疗,其抢救的成功率96.7%,阿托品中毒率为0.结论间断多次静注阿托品配合其它常规方法抢救急性有机磷农药中毒成功率高,无阿托品中毒现象.
