患儿家长对静脉留置针首选部位选择的调查

目的：了解不同年龄段患儿家长对静脉留置针首选部位的选择情况。方法：采用问卷调查的方法,对220例家长进行随机调查。结果：婴儿组、幼儿组家长选择头部例数较学龄儿组多,学龄组患儿家长选择上肢例数较婴儿组、幼儿组多,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：家长的首选部位的选择和文献建议留置的部位基本一致,护士选择的部位应该符合大多数家长的心理。

The Investigationof Preferred Intravenous Catheter site selection by Parents of illness children

Objective：To understand the parents of different ages preferred intravenous catheter site selection. Methods：A questionnaire survey method was used. Random survey of 220 cases of parents. Results： select the head group of patents of infant and preschool more than the number of cases the school-age group.select the upper limb group of school-age patents of children more than the number of cases the infang and preschool group.the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.O5）.Conclusion：Parents preferred site selection and site of literature suggested in- dwelling show consistency. Nurses selected site should match most parents psychology.
