二维影像测量髋臼假体前倾角进展

目的：总结髋臼假体前倾角二维影像测量、评估及相关影响因素的研究现状。方法：在Pubmed、中国知网查阅有关髋臼假体二维影像测量研究的文献，进行汇总分析。结果：通过二维影像测量髋臼假体无法直接测得髋臼假体的前倾角度，而只能通过计算间接测量。许多学者提出计算公式以估算前倾角的正弦引的方式计算前倾角度，这些公式与真实前倾角测量值之间仍存在差异，且差异还会随着前倾角的增大而增大。结论：二维影像作为在临床人工全髋关节置换术（THA）术中、术后应用最为广泛的髋臼假体角度测量手段，目前无统一评价标准，仍需进一步研究。

Progress on the Measurement of Acetabular Anteversion with Two - dimensional Radiograph

Objective：To describe the most useful radiographic measurements used to evaluate the ace- tabular anteversion. Methods： Research literatures of acetabular anteversion were searched on the CNKI, PubMed database and the data were extracted and analyzed. Results：The Acetabular anteversion can not be di- rectly measured through the two- dimensional radiographic measurements, just only be measured indirectly by calculating. Many authors have proposed formulas to estimate acetabular anteversion, but the resuhs are still different from true anteversion. Conclusions： The two - dimensional radiographic measurements are widely used in clinical THA surgery, there is no uniform evaluation criteria and still need further study .
