摘    要:目的:探讨阶段性目标教学法在ICU实习护生带教中的应用及效果。方法:将96名ICU实习护生分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用阶段性目标教学法进行带教并适时评估,对照组采用传统带教方法,按照实习大纲要求学习、传授知识。结果:实验组护生各项成绩均显著优于对照组(P〈O.01)。结论:实施阶段性目标教学使护生学习目标明确,提高主观能动性及学习效率。

Abstract:Objective :To investigate the application and efficacy of milestones in the ICU pedagogy to teach nursing students. Methods :96 ICU nursing students wre divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group were conducted with teaching pedagogy milestones and timely assessment of the control group using traditional teaching methods with, in accordance with the requirements of internship outline learning to impart knowledge. Nursing students in the experimental group scores were significantly better than that of control group (P 〈0.01). Conclusion: milestones pedagogy can make learning objectives clear, and improve learning initiative and efficiency.
