同种异体原位心脏移植围手术期护理

目的：分析总结10例同种异体原位心脏移植手术的围手术期护理经验。方法：2004年6月-2012年6月，先后对10例同种异体心脏移植手术患者进行了全程护理，包括术前准备、术后监测与护理、康复指导。结果：术后9例存活。截止2012年9月底，术后随访2～94个月，其中有1例患者住址变更后失随访，4例患者已死亡。余5例生活全部自理，恢复正常的生活，最长存活患者术后存活期已超过7年。结论：充分的术前准备，密切细致的术后监测与护理，有助于提高手术成功率。

Experience of Orthotopic Homologous Heart Transplantation Medical care

Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of orthotopic heart transplantations in Anhui Provin- cial Hospital.Methods：From June 2004 to June 2012, 10 cases of homologous heart transplantation patients had full care, including preoperative preparation and postoperative monitoring and care, rehabilitation guidance.Results：The success of the surgery is 9.Postoperative follow-up 2-94 months.One of them was failed for follow-up. Another 4 pa- tients have died already, one of them died from infection in the early postoperative. The other 5 patients all could take care of themselves, have been gradually returning to normal life, one of them have been lived more than seven years after surgery, that is the longest survival time.Concha~ion：Adequate preoperative preparation, and meticulous closes postoperative monitoring and care, can help to improve the success rate of surgery.
