还原型谷胱甘肽治疗药物性肝炎中的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨还原型谷胱甘肽在药物性肝炎中的应用及其疗效观察。方法:将某医院感染科收治诊断明确的药物性肝炎病人80例随机分成治疗组40例和对照组40例,治疗组给予5%葡萄糖注射液250m1+还原型谷胱甘肽1.2g静脉滴注,每天一次,疗程2周;对照组给予5%葡萄糖注射液250m1+门冬氨酸钾镁注射液20ml静脉滴注,每天一次,疗程2周,观察治疗前后两组肝功能、临床症状、体征的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率67.5%。治疗组肝功能、临床症状、体征改善明显优于对照组(p〈0.05)。结论:还原型谷胱甘肽在药物性肝炎的治疗中有着良好的疗效。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the application of drug-induced hepatitis cured by reduced glutathione and the observation of clinical curative effect of it.Methods:The toatal of 80 cases of drug-induced hepatitis which were deft- nite diagnosed by our hospital infection branch were randomly divided into the treatment group with 40 cases and the control group with 40 cases,the treatment group based on this give 5% glucose injection+ reduced glutathione 1.2g,qd, the course of treatment is two weeks.And the control group with 40 cases were given 5% glucose injection+nmda potassium magnesium injection 20ml,qd, the course of treatment is two weeks.To observe the liver function,the clinical symptoms and signs before and "after treatment.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%;the effec- tive rate of the control group was 67.5%.The improvement of the liver function,the clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group were much better than that in the control group P〈O.OS.Conclusion: Reduced glutathione has very good efficacy in treating drug-induced hepatitis.
