嗜人按蚊对溴氰菊酯抗性发生发展规律的初步研究

摘    要:目的 研究嗜人按蚊对溴氰菊酯抗性的发生发展规律。方法 在实验条件下,以嗜人按(Anopheles anthropophagus)幼虫为试虫,用溴氰菊酯乙醇液选育,至子35代后分别采用3种不同方法继续选育至子40代。结果 嗜人按蚊经溴氰菊酯选育至子27代时,LC50由0.0047mg/L上升至0.2822mg/L,抗性系数高达60,其后逐代下降,至子40代时,LC50为0.0165mg/L,抗性系数降至3.5;从子35代起分别用LC50逐代、LC50隔代、LC90逐代选育方法继续选育至子40代,抗性系数分别为敏感品系的9.96、18.85倍。结论 嗜人按蚊对溴氰菊酯抗性呈缓慢上升-稳定-趋于下降的态势;LC50隔代、LC90逐代选育方法可延缓抗性下降速度。

Abstract:Objective To study the regular patterning of occurrence and development of deltamethrin resistance in Anopheles anthropophagus. Methods The larvae of the Anopheles anthropophagus were treated generationally with deltamethrin of LC 50 concentration for 35 generations in laboratory. Then three methods (LC 50 generationally, Group A; LC 50 internal generationally, Group B; and LC 90 generationally, Group C) were used to treat the mosquito from F35 to F40 generations. Results The LC 50 value of selected strain increased from 0.0047 mg/L to 0 2822 mg/L at generations 27 of selection (60 times). Then the LC 50 value went down slowly every generation. At the generation F40, the resistance ratio of Group A was 3.5 times (LC 50 value was 0.0165 mg/L ), while Group B and C were 9 96 and 18 85 times respectively. Conclusion The development tendency of Anopheles anthropophagus resistance to deltamethrin is slowly increase-steady-decrease. The occurrence and development of deltamethrin resistance in Anopheles anthropophagus is different by using different concentrations and different methods.
