120例非酒精性脂肪肝患者的中医辩证治疗分析

目的：探讨中药降脂活血方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2006年7月～2009年8月收治的120例非酒精性脂肪肝患者的临床资料，随机分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例），对照组患者采用西药治疗，治疗组患者在西药治疗的基础上加用中药降脂活血方治疗，比较两组患者的疗效和各项血脂指标变化。结果：治疗组患者显效32例，有效26例，无效2例，总有效率96．67％，对照组患者显效28例，有效24例，无效8例，总有效率86．67％，治疗组患者明显优于对照组，两组患者疗效比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。治疗组患者的血脂变化明显优于对照组患者，两组患者的疗效比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论：中药降脂活血方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝，能明显改善患者的血脂情况，疗效显著值得在临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the blood lipid-lowering medicine tablets in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver patients. Methods： The hospital in July 2006 - August 2009 120 cases were treated non-alcoholic fatty liver clinical data of patients were randomly divided into treat- ment group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）, the control group were treated with Western medicine the treatment group patients on the basis of western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine increases blood lipid-lowering tablets in the treatment, the efficacy of two groups were compared, and various blood lipids were observed. Results： The 32 patients were markedly effective in 26 cases, 2 cases, total effective rate 96.67%, control group 28 cases were markedly effective in 24 cases, 8 cases, total effective rate 86.67%, significantly better than patients treated with control group were statistically significant difference between the effect （p 〈0.05）. Blood lipid changes in the treatment group than the control group patients, the efficacy of the two groups were statistically significant difference （p 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The blood lipid-lowering medicine tablets in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver, blood lipid can significantly improve the situation, a significant effect in clinical promotion.
