| 摘 要： | 目的观察九华栓和柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)栓对溃疡性直肠炎的临床治疗效果.方法将30例溃疡性直肠炎患者分成2组,治疗组给予九华栓和SASP栓,对照组予SASP栓治疗.结果治疗组完全缓解率和总有效率分别为66.6%和100.0%,对照组完全缓解率和总有效率分别为33.3%和93.3%,2组完全缓解率有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论用九华栓与SASP栓塞肛治疗溃疡性直肠炎有较好的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiuhua Suppository and Azulfidine Suppository on ulcerative proctitis. Method To divide 30 cases into two groups. The treatment group was given Jiuhua Suppository and Azulfidine Suppository. The control group was given Azulfidine Suppository only. Result After four weeks the complete remission rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were 66.6 % and 100.0 % respectively, and those in the control group, 33.3 % and 93.3 %. There was a significant difference in the complete remission rates of two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Jiuhua Suppository and Azulfidine Suppository have a better curative effect on ulcerative proctitis. |
