| 摘 要： | 目的 :检测急性脑血管病患者血清 s IL- 2 R含量的变化。方法 :采用双抗体夹心法检测s IL- 2 R。结果 :出血性脑血管病患者 s IL- 2 R水平较正常对照组明显升高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,缺血性脑血管病患者 s IL- 2 R水平较正常对照组亦明显升高 ( P<0 .0 1 )。出血组与缺血组相比差异无显著性。结论 :血清 s IL- 2 R水平可反映急性脑血管病患者机体免疫状态 ,并可作为病情及判断预后的重要指标。

| Abstract: | ? Objective:To detect the levels of soluble IL-2 receptor in the serum of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease (ACVD).Methods:Soluble IL-2 receptor was determined with sandwich ELISA.Results:The level of sIL-2R of patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease was significantly higher than that in normal control group ( P <0 01).The level of sIL-2R of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease was also signficantly higher than that in normal control group ( P <0 01).The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant ( P >0 05).Conclusion:The serum levels of sIL-2R of ACVD patients not only reflect the status of immunity of patients with cerebrovascular diseases,but also is an important index of patient′s condition and prognosis. 〔 |
