| 摘 要： | 健康是一个民族繁荣昌盛的重要标志，农村医疗改革是我国医疗改革成功与否的关键，农村卫生人才的培养是焦点。免费定向培养农村卫生人才是从根本上解决农村卫生人才短缺的最佳路径。江苏省免费定向培养农村卫生人才的模式，在深化医疗卫生体制改革过程中具有很好的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Health is an important symbol of national prosperity. Rural medical reform is the key to the success in Chinese medical reform, thus the cultivation of rural health personnel is the focus of medical reform. It is the best path of fundamentally solving the problem of rural health talents shortage to implement the orientational and free cultivation of rural health personnel, and the practice in Jiangsu province has set a successful model. |
