| 摘 要： | 目的:研究黄芪注射液对血瘀证兔血液流变学及大鼠血栓形成的影响.方法:以肾上腺素加冰水致兔血瘀证模型,观察黄芪注射液对血液流变学的影响;以血栓法测定药物对大鼠血小板聚集功能的影响.结果:黄芪注射液能使血瘀证兔的血液流变学主要指标降低,大鼠血栓重量明显减少.结论:黄芪注射液能改善血瘀证兔血液流变学,并具有抗血栓作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of Huangqi Injection on the hemorheology of experimental rabbit with the blood stasis syndrome. Methods: The study on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis was performed on the rabbit model with the blood stasis syndrome caused by adro cold stress. And the rat model of thrombosis in vivo was established to study aggregation of blood platelet. Results: Huangqi Injection could obviously decrease the main hemorheological indexes of rabbit and the weight of thrombosis. Conclusion: Huangqi Injection can effectively improve hemorheology and decrease the aggregation of blood platelet. |
