支撑喉镜下黏膜表皮剥脱术治疗喉白斑病22例

目的探讨支撑喉镜下黏膜表皮剥落术治疗喉白斑病的临床效果。方法对22例喉白斑病患者行全麻支撑喉镜下黏膜表皮剥脱术，术后随访1-4年。结果术后定期随访，1例于术后1年癌变行喉垂直部分切除术，2例复发后再次手术无复发，余19例随访至今无复发。结论对喉白斑病早期行支撑喉镜下黏膜表皮剥脱术，该手术视野清楚，操作简单，清除病变彻底，损伤小，治疗效果好。对手术后病理为喉白斑病伴中或重度不典型增生者应严密随访。

Treating leukoplakia of the larynx with mucosa and epidermal stripping under support laryngoscope

Objective To approach the clinical effects of treating leukoplakia of the larynx with mucosa and epidermal stripping under support laryngoscope.Methods Twenty-two cases with leukoplakia of the larynx underwent mucosa and epidermal stripping with support laryngoscope under general anesthesia and the postoperative follow-up was 1~4 years.Results Carcinogenesis occurred in one case one year after operation during follow-up which underwent vertical hemilaryngectomy;2 cases relapsed and underwent the same operation without recurrence while the remaining 19 cases have kept well until now with no symptoms of relapse.Conclusion It is essential to carry out mucosa and epidermal stripping under support laryngoscope early to treat leukoplakia of the larynx.The visual operative field is clear and the operation is simple.Elimination of the lesions is complete with slight trauma and pretty good therapeutic effects.Those patients whose postoperative pathology is leukoplakia with moderate or severe atypical hyperplasia should be followed up closely.
