摘    要:目的探讨尿路感染病原菌的分布和耐药特性,指导临床合理用药。方法收集医院尿路感染患者尿液标本中分离的259株病原菌,进行细菌鉴定和药敏实验,并对革兰阴性杆菌进行ESBLs的检测。结果尿路感染病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主(71.0%),分列前3位的是大肠埃希菌(48.3%)、肠球菌属(12.0%)和真菌(7.3%);产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的检出率为41.6%,革兰阴性杆菌总的产酶率为29.3%。结论革兰阴性杆菌为尿路感染的主要病原菌,对常用抗菌药物耐药率呈上升趋势,细菌培养和药物敏感性分析,对指导临床合理使用抗菌药物,选择有效抗菌药物治疗具有重要意义。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To determine the distribution and drug resistance characteristic of pathogens from urinary tract infection and direct clinical doctors to select antibiotics correctly.METHODS A total of 256 strains of(pathogens) from urinary samples of patients with urinary tract infection in our hospital were identified and the drug resistance tests were performed.In addition,ESBLs-producing G~-bacilli were also detected.RESULTS Among 256 strains from urinary tract infection,G~-bacilli rated the top one(71.0%) and the most common pathogens were Escherichia coli(48.3%),Enterococcus(12.0%),and fungi(7.3%).41.6% of E.coli produced ESBLs and the total rate of producing ESBLs was 29.3%.CONCLUSIONS G~-bacilli are the main infectious pathogens in urinary tract infection and antibiotic resistance rates continue to evolve.Therefore bacterial culture and antibiotic(susceptibility) tests are very important to select antibiotics correctly for clinical treatment of the infections.
