玉夏稳压分散片的处方优化及工艺考察

摘    要:目的对玉夏稳压分散片的处方进行优化,并考察其制备工艺。方法以分散均匀性为指标,采用正交设计筛选最佳处方和工艺。结果优选出最佳处方:微晶纤维素(MCC)为填充剂,交联羧甲基淀粉钠(CCMS-Na)为崩解剂,微粉硅胶为润滑剂,1%PVPK30乙醇溶液为粘合剂,湿法制粒制备分散片,分散均匀性的时间小于60s。结论所制备的分散片处方合理,崩解快。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the optimum formulation and preparation process of Yuxiawenya dispersible tablets. Methods The formula of Yuxiawenya dispersible tablets were optimized by orthogonal design in terms of dispersible uniformity test. Results The tablets were prepared by moist granulation method with 1% polyvidone k30 (PVPK30) ethanol solutionsas as moistening agent, microcrystalling cellulose (MCC) as dlluents, and sodium croscarboxymethyl starch (CCMS-Na) as disintegrant. The disintegration time of dispersible formulation was 〈 60 s. Conclusion The formula of the dispersible tablets is reasonable, with faster disintegration and more complete dissolution.
