摘    要:目的:探讨局部微波联合治疗对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:以2450MHz,915MHz微波,将微波组织凝固(MTC)与微波透热(MD)联合治疗中心型支气管肺癌,于治疗前后观察相关免疫指标的变化,并与对照组进行同期比较。结果:治疗组在微波治疗后1周,T淋巴细胞亚群,淋巴细胞转化率等有明显提高,可溶性白细胞介素2受体则下降,而对照组则无明显变化。结论:MTC联合MD能有效的促进机体的细胞免疫功能。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of treatment using microwave tissue coagulation (MTC) in combination with microwave diathermy (MD) on immune function. Methods: Before and after 21 cases of central type bronchogenic carcinoma were treated with MTC (2450 MHz) in combination with MD (915 MHz), the values of some immune parameters were determined and compared with those of the controls. Results: In the treated group, blood lymphocyte count, T cell transformation rate, T3 and T4 were increased while sIL 2R decreased to various degrees 1 week after the treatment. Conclusion: MTC in combination with MD can effectively improve the cell immune function of human body.
