上尿路结石微创经皮肾镜取石术86例临床观察

目的 探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术(mPCNL)处理上尿路结石的方法与效果. 方法 回顾性分析86例采用mPCNL治疗上尿路结石患者资料. 结果 86例患者中83例患者一期取石,3例二期取石,全部单通道取石.结石清除率83.7%(72/86),平均手术时间120 min,肾造瘘管留置时间平均7 d,平均住院时间13 d.术中均未输血. 结论 MPCNL具有创伤小、出血少及并发症少等优点,治疗上尿路结石安全有效,尤其对肾结石再次手术治疗有较大优越性.

Treatment of upper urinary tract calculi with mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy (MPCNL) in treating upper urinary tract calculi. Methods The data 86 patients with upper urinary tract calculi who had undergone MPCNL from December 2005 to December 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Results of the 86 cases, 83 underwent one-stage MPCNL, and 3, two-stage MPCNL. The procedure was performed by single tract in 86 cases. The total stone clearance rate was. 83.7%. The average operative time was 120 min, and average nephrostomy tube indwelling time was 7 days, average hospital stay was 13 days. No blood transfusion was needed during operation. Conclusions MPCNL has advantages of minimal trauma, less blood loss, fewer complications, and is safe and effective in treating upper urinary tract calculi, especially for patients who will have the second procedure.
