| 摘 要： | 目的比较暴露疗法、包扎疗法、基因转染猪皮疗法三种不同方法治疗小儿下肢浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面的效果。方法采用随机、开放的前瞻性研究设计，对208例小儿下肢浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面分别应用暴露疗法、包扎疗法、基因转染猪皮疗法，观察创面愈合时间、色素沉着与瘢痕增生情况。结果暴露疗法组小儿下肢浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合的时间为（15．0±2．2）d，包扎疗法组创面愈合时间为（11．4±1．5）d，基因转染猪皮疗法组创面愈合时间为（8．3±1．4）d，各组指标差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于小儿浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面，应用基因转染猪皮疗法，创面愈合时间较包扎疗法、暴露疗法缩短。
