格林巴利综合症患儿免疫功能的变化

目的　研究格林巴利综合症患儿免疫功能的变化。方法　对 17例格林巴利综合征患儿和 32例正常儿童外周血T细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白进行研究。结果　与正常组相比 ,疾病组CD+3、CD+4 、CD+8细胞的百分含量明显降低 (P<0 .0 1) ,而CD+4 /CD+8比值显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;血清IgG水平明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;IgG水平与CD+8含量呈显著负相关(r = 0 .68,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　格林巴利综合症患儿体内存在T细胞亚群的失衡和体液免疫功能的紊乱 ,二者相互作用参与其发病

Variation of immuno-function in children with Guillain-Barres Syndrome

Objective To investigate the variation of immuno-functionm in children with Guillain-Barres Syndrome.Methods Subgroup of T cell and immuno-globulin in 17 children with Guillain-Barres Syndrome and 32 normal children were investigated.Results Compared with normal group,the content of CD + 3,CD + 4,and CD + 8 cell decrease apparently,while the ratio of CD + 4/CD + 8 and the level of IgG in serum increased apparently.The level of IgG in serum had negative relationship with the CD + 8(r=-0.68,P<0.05)and positive relationship with CD + 4/CD + 8 ratio(r=0.71,P<0.05).Conclusion Subgroup of T cell was out of balance and the immune-function was disordered in children with Guillain-Barres Syndrome,and they both participated in the development of the disease.
