复方丹参滴丸联合低分子肝素钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床应用

目的观察复方丹参滴丸与低分子肝素钠联用治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法128例不稳定型心绞痛的患者随机分为三组。对照组40例采用常规治疗。肝素组42例在常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素钠4000U皮下注射，每12h1次，连用5d。治疗组46例在常规治疗基础上采用联用复方丹参滴丸10粒含服，每日3次，连用14d，同时应用低分子肝素4000U皮下注射，每12h1次，连用5d。以临床症状、体表心电图等为观察项目。结果 心绞痛疗效，治疗组总有效率89．1％，肝素组总有效率为78．6％，对照组总有效率为65．0％（P〈0．05）。心电图疗效，治疗组总有效率为84．8％，肝素组总有效率为76．2％，对照组总有效率为67．5％（P〈0．05）。结论复方丹参滴丸联合低分子肝素钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛安全有效、方便实用。

Clinical practice about Fufangdanshen dropping pills with Low - molecular - weight heparin sodium injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fufangdanshen dropping pills with Low - molecular - weight heparin sodium injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 128 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group （46 cases）, heparin group （42 cases） and control group （40 cases）. 40 pa- tients in control group were treated with traditional drugs such as nitrates, statins, asp irin, beta blockers or calcium antagonists; 42 patients in heparin group were treated with traditional drugs and Low -molecular- weight heparin sodium injection （4000 U once, hypodermic injection,twice a day for 5 days）, and 46 patients in treatment group were treated with not only traditional drugs but also Fufangdanshendropping pills（ 10 pills once,three times a day for 14 days） and Low -molecular- weight heparin sodium injection （4000 U once, hypodermic injection, twice a day for 5 days）. Results The total effective rate of treatment group, heparin group and control group in relieving angina were 89. 1%, 78.6% and 65.0% respectively. The total effective rate of electrocardiogram 84. 8%, 76.2% and 67.5% respectively. Conclusion Fufangdanshen dropping pills combined with Low - molecular - weight heparin sodium injection was an effective and safe way for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.
