临床护理路径在脑干区病变伽马刀治疗中的实施与护理

目的探讨临床护理路径在脑十区病变治疗中的实施与护理。方法将106例脑干区病变患者分为两组，对照组进行常规护理，试验组按临床路径并予以护理干预，观察两组患者的住院天数、住院费用、并发症的发生、患者健康知识掌握情况、患者的满意度与护理质量。结果试验组的健康知识掌握优良率、满意度率均高于对照组（P〈0．05）；住院天数低于对照组，差异有届著性意义。结论通过引入护理路径形成主动护理与主动参与相结合的护理工作模式，规范了护士的行为，由于服务流程的优化，患者住院天数缩短，医疗费用降低，患者满意度也明显提高。

Clinical nursing pathway in the treatment and care in Gamma Knife radiosurgey for brain stem lesions

Objective To discuss clinical nursing pathway in the treatment and care in Gamma Knife radiosurgey for brain stem lesions. Methods Divide 96 patients of brain stem lesions into two groups, the control group carries on accordng to conventional nursing, the experimental group according to the clinical way and given nursing intervention, and observe two group of patient＇s in hospital numbers of days, in hospital expense, the complication occurrence, the patient healthy knowledge to keep abreast of the situation, patient＇s degree of satisfaction and the nursing quality. Results Healthy knowledge grasps rate and the degree of satisfaction rate of the experimental group are higher than the control group finely （P 〈0.05 ） ; the hospital number of days is lower than the control group, the difference has tbe significance. Conclusion The initiative nursing and the initiative participation unify nursing working pattern which through the introduction nursing way makes nurse＇s behavior standard . As a result of the service flow＇s optimization, patient＇s in hospital number of days redue＋es, the medical expense reduces, and the patients＇ degree of satisfaction distinct enhances.
