| 摘 要： | 本文对４５例经手术和病理证实的椎管肿瘤的ｘ线表现与手术所见进行分析，认为梗阻端杯口形态和患侧蛛网膜下腔改变对诊断有重要意义。对不具特征表现的肿瘤作了扼要分析，强调多轴位观察的重要性，并指出椎管造影的局限性。

| Abstract: | The myelographic and surgical findlngs of 45 cases of spinal canal tumors confirmed by op-eration and pathology were analyzed.It was found that the myelographic morphology of the cup-shaped endof the obstructed and the changes of the subsrachnoid space were of signlficance for the diagnosis of spinalcanal trmors.The findings of atypical cases were briefly discussed.It was emphasized that multi-axiaI observationswere essential for an accurate diagnosis of spianl canal tumors.The limitations of myelography in the diagno-sis of spinal canal tumors were listed. |
