| 摘 要： | 目的探讨金属内支架治疗左半结肠恶性狭窄的临床疗效。方法左半结肠恶性狭窄病例38例分成两组。A组24例,B组14例。A组以介入方法植入永久性结肠内支架;B组暂时植入结肠内支架解除梗阻并充分肠道准备后行外科手术。结果A组24例中23例顺利植入结肠支架,其中1例因导丝不能通过植入失败,3例植入2枚支架。B组14例均成功植入支架并顺利接受外科手术。结论自扩张式金属内支架能有效解除左半结肠梗阻,为晚期肿瘤患者提供安全有效的姑息性治疗方法并为临床手术切除创造条件。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of metallic stents in the treatment of left colon malignant obstruction.Methods Thirty-eight cases of left colon malignant obstruction were divided into 2 groups(group A and group B).Group A(24 cases) received palliative treatment with permanent colonic stent.Group B(14 cases) received temporary stents to alleviate colon obstruction and subsequently had surgical operation.Results Twenty-three cases in group A received palliative treatment with permanent colonic stent,one case in group A failed the attempt at stent placement,two stents were set in three patients respectively.All patients in group B received temporary stents to alleviate colon obstruction and subsequently had surgical treatment successfully.Conclusion Self-expandable metallic stents can relieve left colon obstruction effectively.It can provide an effective palliative therapy for late-stage malignant tumor and provide a kind of possibility for surgical operation. |
