| 摘 要： | 目的 超声心动图评价高血压病右心室功能。方法 高血压病组与对照组各 30例 ,分别用超声心动图测量右心室内径和功能。结果 高血压病组除左心室功能改变外 ,右心室舒张功能也发生变化 ,同对照组相比 ,差别有显著意义(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 高血压病患者 ,当肺动脉压力和右心室收缩功能正常时 ,已发生右心室舒张功能障碍。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate right ventricular function in hypertension with echocardiography.Method The diameter and the function of right ventricle in the hypertension group and the control group were determined with echocardiography.Results In the hypertension group,there were not only the change of the left ventricular function,but also the change of right ventricular diastolic function.Compared with the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Condusion In the patients with hypertension,the right ventricular diastolic function could be disorder when the pulmonic pressure and right ventricular systolic function are normal. |
