人狂犬病免疫球蛋白的应用与观察

[目的]了解人狂犬病免疫球蛋白与狂犬病疫苗联合接种和单纯接种狂犬病疫苗人群的接种效果的区别,以指导具体的狂犬病疫苗接种工作。[方法]抽取2004年4月～2006年1月接种者,其中,190名接种人狂犬病免疫球蛋白和狂犬病疫苗,37名单纯接种狂犬病疫苗,并进行跟踪调查,着重观察接种后不良反应发生情况及采取的相应措施。[结果]190名接种人狂犬病免疫球蛋白和狂犬病疫苗的接种者,绝大部分主诉伤口疼痛,无其他不良反应;少数接种者出现低烧反应,未作特殊处理自行缓解。而37名单纯接种狂犬病疫苗的接种者,3d后都有不同程度的感染。[结论]接种人狂犬病免疫球蛋白和狂犬病疫苗可以有效降低副作用的发生,防止狂犬病以及伤口感染。

APPLICATION AND OBSERVATION OF HUMAN RABIES IMMUNE GLOBULIN

[Objective]To investigate the different effect of combined vaccination with human rabies immunoglobulin(RIGH)and hydrophobia vaccine and independent vaccination with hydrophobia vaccine,and guide the vaccinated work of hydrophobia vaccine.[Methods]190 cases vaccinated with both RIGH and hydrophobia vaccine and 37 cases vaccinated with hydrophobia vaccine were recruited from April 2004 and January 2006,and followed up to observed the adverse effect of vaccination and adopt appropriate measures.[Results]Among 190 cases vaccinated with both RIGH and hydrophobia vaccine,most of them manifested wound pain and did not appear adverse effect;A few cases with vaccination manifested low fever but released without special treatment by themselves.37 cases vaccinated with hydrophobia vaccine were occurred different degree of infection.[Conclusion]Vaccination with both RIGH and hydrophobia vaccine could decrease the adverse effect so as to prevent canine madness and infection of wound.
