经皮微创F形置入空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的早期疗效观察

目的探讨经皮微创F形置入3枚空心钉内固定治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析35例采用经皮微创F形置入3枚空心钉内固定治疗的新鲜股骨颈骨折，无移位骨折12例，移位骨折23例。在牵引下复位骨折端，3枚空心钉呈F形交叉内固定，术后3个月开始部分负重。结果35例均获随访12～25个月，平均12．7个月。12例无移位骨折中未出现骨折不愈合及股骨头缺血坏死；25例移位骨折中2例出现骨折不愈合，1例出现股骨头坏死。末次随访时髋关节功能Harris评分：优16例，良14例，可3例，差2例，优良率85．7％。结论经皮微创F形置入3枚空心钉内固定治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折疗早期疗效理想，固定牢靠、并发症少，但长期疗效还需进一步观察。

Early therapeutic effect of minimally invasive percutaneous three cannulated screw implantation in a F configuration for femoral neck fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous three cannulated screw implantation in a F configuration for fresh femoral neck fracture. Methods Clinical data of 35 cases of femoral neck fracture treated with minimally invasive pereutaneous three cannulated screws implantation in a F configuration were reviewed retrospectively. There were 12 patients with non-displacement fractures and displacement fractures in 23 cases. All the fractures were closed reduction through traction. Three cannulated screws were placed and formatted F shape cross. Results All of 35 cases were followed up, the follow up time 12-25 months, average 12.7 months. In the 12 cases of undisplaced fractures, there were no nonunion and avaseular necrosis of the femoral head; In the 23 cases of displaced fractures, 2 cases showed nonunion, 1 case of avascular necrosis of the femoral head. According to Harris seore standard, the result was excellent in 16 eases, good in 14 cases, 3 cases, poor in 2 eases, the excellent and good rate was 85.7%. Conclusion The earlier clinical effect of minimally invasive pereutaneous three eannulated serew implantation in a F eonfiguration for fresh femoral neck fracture is satisfactory. This teehnology has the advantages of simple operation, short operation time, reliable fixation and less eomplieations, but long-term effeet needs further observation.
