健康新定义的提出

本文指出了世界卫生组织的健康定义存在的问题及其根源，提出了关于健康的新思路和新概念。认为健康主要是指人的整体状态，可以主要用宏观表征再辅以现代医学检查结果来表述。并给出了立足人的宏观整体、重视现代医学、含有中医理念的健康新定义。进行了新健康定义与现健康定义的对比分析，说明了健康新定义能够让人们更好地理解健康，促进健康，并且使健康管理、中医“治未病”等有逻辑上的依据。还能够对健康进行分级，对健康水平进行评定、比较，制定有明确健康指标的发展规划，有利于将我国建成健康强国。

A new definition of health

The paper points out and explores the potential problems in the current definition of health, which is given by the World Heahh Organization （WHO）. And, a new thinking and concept for health is proposed. Health refers to the whole state of a person, which is described by the macrocosm feature and the exalnination results of modern medicine. The new definition is given by considering the macrocosm state of a person with the concept of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. In comparison of the new and current definition of health, the new definition will help to improve public health and people＇s understanding, and offer the logical evidence for many areas like management of health and ＂ZhiWeiBing＂ （prevention of diseases） of Chinese medicine. Furthermore, it can be used to classify, define and compare the level of public health. It can help to set up the plan of public health standard and make our eotlntry becorne a country with highest public health levels.
