摘    要:作为系统科学研究范畴的还原论、耗散结构理论、阱同论及控制论,对医学研究具有指导和肩迪作用,历来备受医学界人士的推崇。从上述理论角度思考脑卒中康复的相关问题,有助于更好地理解卒中康复的本质,并指导其基础与临床研究。

Abstract:Reductionism, dissipative structure theory, synergetics and cybernetics belong to the area of system science research. They have always been highly valued in the medical field for their role of guidance and enlightenment in medical research. Thinking about the issues in stroke rehabilitation from the perspective of the above theories would help to better understand the nature of stroke rehabilitation, and to guide the related basic and clinical researches.
