奥克与洛赛克治疗十二指肠溃疡的对比研究

奥克为新近国产的奥美拉唑制剂．本文采用开放试验方法比较奥克与洛赛克治疗十二指肠溃疡的疗效。奥克组27例，洛赛克组31例．病人经纤维胃镜确诊后分别于每日清晨空腹口服奥克或洛赛克20mg，疗程4周．结果1、溃疡愈合奥克组为92．6％，洛赛克组为100％，无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。2、平均疼痛消失时间奥克组为1．75天，显著快于洛赛克组的4．15天（P＜0．05）．3、奥克组有2例出现轻度口干。结果表明国产奥美拉唑制剂不逊于进口产品。

Study of Aoke Versus Losec in the Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer

Aoke(Omeprazole) has recently been produced in the Poeple's Republic of china. In order to study its efficancy in the treatment of duodenal ulcer,We treated patients with duodenal ulcer with Aoke or Losec according to a controlled open model. 27 patients were treated with Aoke and 31 patients with Losec. Treatment consisted of 20mg Aoke or Losec half an hour before breakfast. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Results:1) the healing rate: Aoke group 92.6%, Losec group 100%. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). 2) mean time of pain relief after treatment:1.75 days in Aoke group,4.15 days in Losec group. There was significant difference (p<0.05). 3) the side effecttwo patients complained of dryness of mouth in Aoke group. In conclusion, Aoke is a safe and effective therapeutic drug for duodenal ulcer.
