管径因素对冠状动脉支架CTA成像影响分析

目的评价管径因素对冠状动脉支架CTA成像的影响。材料与方法回顾性分析40例73个冠状动脉支架置入术后患者CTA资料,所有患者行CTA检查后三个月内均完成冠状动脉造影CAG检查。评价相同材质(均为不锈钢)不同管径支架CTA图像对支架壁及支架内管腔的显示情况,并对各支架内再狭窄情况进行评估,与CAG对照,评价不同管径支架对冠脉支架CTA成像的影响。结果内径≥3.5mm支架较内径≤3.0mm支架CTA金属伪影越小,内腔显示越好,CTA诊断准确性高(88.4%vs62.9%,P=0.008)。结论内径≥3.5mm支架伪影少,图像可评价率及诊断准确率高更有利于支架CTA成像;内径≤3.0mm支架伪影较重,诊断准确率较低。临床上需对内径≤3.0mm支架CTA诊断结果正确评价。

The Influence of Stent Caliber in Coronary Stent CTA

Objective To analyze effect of stent caliber in coronary stent CT angiography.Materials and methods The CT arteriography imaging of 40 patients with a total of 73 stents were analysis retrospectively.All of the patients received CAG detection after CT examination within 3 months.We paid attention that how the different side of stent were displaied in CTA,and CTA result were compared with CAG.Result Stents of diameter ≥ 3.5mm lead to better stent images and high accuracy of diagnosis than stents of diameter ≤ 3.0mm.Conclusion Stents with diameter ≥ 3.5mm lead to better stent images.We should pay attention that the ISR may be misdiagnosis in stents of diameter ≤ 3.0mm which may lead to more artifacts on CTA.
